This November TED Center welcomed in Tampere 3 groups of international visitors- two from Ukraine in coperation with IIASC and one from Kazan, from daycare centers Balacity. Despite the boarders with Russia are still closed Kazan group could get their visas through the Ministry channels and Ukraine connection with Finland is open again.
